Originally from Honduras, Lucy's journey to her current role is informed by her experience as an immigrant and an entrepreneur. Lucy is also an accomplished entrepreneur running the Mexican restaurant Gun Lake Cocina and her own real estate business.

She is a businesswoman, traveler, and restaurateur, seamlessly merging her professional expertise with her personal passions.
